Sunday School

Yesterday was our first Eagle Lake Sunday School of the season. Eagle Lake is a small First Nations reservation about a 35 minute drive from NYP Headquarters. "Our" is comprised of the NYP Headquarters single staff. We have a Sunday School for the children every Sunday afternoon from October through May. Yesterday we had 12 kids ages 4-13. After a time of singing and an object lesson, we divide them up into classes. They have a lesson and a Bible verse to memorize. After snack we take them home. My responsibility is to lead the singing, do the object lesson, and moderate/oversee the classes. I also hand out the snack at the end.

Pray that the Love of Christ could flow through us into the hearts of the children.
Pray for safety traveling back and forth, especially in the winter.
